The main event will be at Mullen's and we'll be posting a few other events for the Friday before, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. The official hotel is the Holiday Inn at the Merchandise Mart. Holiday Inn Reservations

More than one CHSH guest was told by reservations that the hotel is booked and the block of rooms is full. I called Diane Fuentes, the sales rep at the Holiday Inn, and she said the hotel is nowhere near booked and there are still rooms available in the block for Thursday-Sunday (we always hold a couple of rooms for early/late arrivals). Diane's direct line is 312.529.1115 if you have any problems with central reservations.

CHSH No. 9 - April 14, 2012

Save the date, book your travel, and reserve your room (click here for scoop on the 'Chicago(ish) Tweetup' group rate at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza), because CHSH Number 9 is official!

The Main Event (RSVP here) is Saturday, April 14th, but we hang out the Friday before and usually host an event or two (including arranging breakfast meetups) on Saturday during the day, too. Watch the upper right of the page as we add new events before we meet again.

If you've never attended a tweetup, particularly one of this size, join us anyway. Here are some helpful tweetup tips. Some of our best friendships have formed when one nervous nerd mustered the courage to hop a plane or take the El over to meet the rest of us. Be nervous. Show up anyway; you'll be welcomed by the organizers and regulars like family. It's just how we are.

CHSH has come to an end yet again and we've all gone back to our everyday lives but we ask you do do us one more favor.
